IPD monitors and analyzes a wide array of patent infringement litigation within the pharmaceuticals and biotechnology sector.

We will publish three reports a month in the Pharma-Biotech space, either analyzing ongoing patent infringement litigation that may affect a company’s stock price, or evaluating a company’s patent portfolio. Within the Pharma-Biotech product, we will generally monitor approximately 20-25 ongoing patent infringement lawsuits at any given time, focusing primarily on those lawsuits and companies that are of greatest interest to the financial community.
